Yes, it is possible. you have to download and install the service packs available for your windows operating system to install the previous windows updates at once.

How to download them?

Identify your windows operating system.
Check what is the last installed service pack version ( you can find it on windows properties).
Then search the latest service pack from google.com using the following format:

e.g: free download windows 8 latest service pack
Then download the service pack using the given download link.

Note: if it is a fresh [First Copy/First Version of Release] windows operating system then you will not see the service pack no in the windows properties. Then you have to start download from Service pack 1.

Why we have to create system restore point before installing a new software?

System Restore Point is service which is integrated with windows operating system, is very helpful to recover the full system from virus infections which may affect the system files to take the full control of the system. Windows 7: No internet Access but network's status is connected. How to Solve it?

 

Do you think, It is a hardware problem?

No, But it may be a hardware problem.

Then, what is it?

It is a software problem. There is a software service comes with Adobe CS collection and some time with other products from Apple, and Adobe companies. It takes the control of the network devices to block the access of the internet. But, it is not a function of that software service, it is a bug identified by the Windows 7 users ( Mostly) because of the platform changes (e.g Sudden internal changes to the Operating system from Windows XP to WIndows 7).

How to get the problem solved?

Method 1.

Warning: iTunes and some other programs need Bonjour to function. If you use these programs, do NOT remove Bonjour!

NOTE: Make sure you have administrator privileges before executing these commands. You might have to delete the quotes and input them manually, because WordPress.com is outputting them as smart quotes.

1. Go to [Start > Run] and type the following command and hit OK.

• “%PROGRAMFILES%\Bonjour\mDNSResponder.exe” -remove

1. Go to [Start > Run] again and type the following command and hit OK.

• regsvr32 /u “%PROGRAMFILES%\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll”

After you restart, you can safely delete the Bonjour folder without errors.

To know if you have actually uninstalled Bonjour. Open services.msc and see if there is a service similar to: “##Id_String2.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762##”. If it is not there, then it has been uninstalled. But the folder and files remain in the program files folder. Just in case you want to install it again.

If you encountered problems after uninstalling or removing Bonjour, you can download and reinstall Bonjour. [Download Bonjour for Windows]

Method 2:

go Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. The first service in the list has this strange name: 
“##Id_String2.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B879762##”. This is the service that Bonjour installs.
Right-click on it, then click Properties. First you need to stop it, then change its Startup Type to disabled. After I did that, my network problem was fixed, and this time the fix seems to be persistent, maybe permanent.
