Why we always want to update the Windows

Windows updates are very important to fix the security problems and internal system problems to avoid unusual system files crashes, and security threats. Every day hackers are finding the new hole in the latest windows platforms (this holes are the path to break the security of the windows platform to access your computer system and important files) to hack our computers to steal the important details.

Windows operating system is always recording the reasons of unusual system files crashes  and unusual activities performed to make changes to the system files, and send them to the Microsoft to find the solution to overcome those problems. They will send updates to us, if they have find the solution for it. So if we didn't stay up to date our windows operating system, and didn't set the update method as automatic then we are in trouble. So what we do is, We will browse the google.com to find the solution for the identified problem. Finally you will find end up with one answer says "please update the windows operating system with latest updates to overcome the problem". So, please set the windows update method as Automatic to overcome more problems. Even though, this action is eating our monthly download and upload limit, we have to do it. What to do........ you have to sacrifice some data bundles for windows updates.

Is it possible to download  all the previous updates at once?

Yes, it is possible. you have to download and install the service packs available for your windows operating system to install the previous windows updates at once.

How to download them?

Identify your windows operating system.
Check what is the last installed service pack version ( you can find it on windows properties).
Then search the latest service pack from google.com using the following format:
free download Windows <operating system> latest service pack
e.g: free download windows 8 latest service pack
Then download the service pack using the given download link.

Note: if it is a fresh [First Copy/First Version of Release] windows operating system then you will not see the service pack no in the windows properties. Then you have to start download from Service pack 1.
