Biggest and Latest thread for your privacy from recovery software

Latest, and Biggest problem/thread for your privacy, because of recovery software. Recovery software type software are very useful in one way but it is too dangerous for you in another way. Do you know why?

Please answer the following questions to find out you are in trouble or not:
  1. Are you sharing your flash drives with your friends, family relations,3rd party people? Yes/No
  2. Are you sharing your pen drives with your friends, family relations,3rd party people? Yes/No
  3. Are you sharing your USB Storage devices such as External hard disk with your friends, family relations,3rd party people? Yes/No
  4. Are you sharing your memory cards with your friends, family relations,3rd party people? Yes/No
  5. Are you sharing your any electronic  mobile, smartphone devices( which has integrated storage) with your friends, family relations,3rd party people? Yes/No
If you say 'Yes' for any of the above listed questions, then you are in danger. Do you know why?, because with the help of recovery software, we can recover the deleted files. If you have stored and deleted any confidential/private documents, information, videos, photos then it is possible for that 3rd party person with whom you have shared your device, to recover those files to misuse it against to you by sharing those private videos, photos, password. So it is really a big thread for you and your privacy.

You may ask me, is it possible to delete them permanently?  No, It is not possible to delete any files permanently, but it is possible to reduce the level of thread. Do you know how?

For an example: You have stored one private video called "mirror.avi" in a flash drive. You have deleted that permanently(but not exactly deleted). Now you have to do a  small trick. Create a fake video and store it in the same drive with same name. After that, full that drive with many unwanted files. Then, you have to copy the necessary files, and that new video, and need to format it . Then, copy and paste the copied files and that new video to the drive, and then delete that new video. Now when that 3rd party person recovers your drive he will get less chance to access your original private video.

Do you think, it is not a good solution? Then try this
Buy two secondary storage devices, use one for share with 3rd party peoples, and one for your personal, and private purpose. So you will not face this thread. Or Else, give that person to access your secondary storage device (if it necessary) in front of you.

Not feeling good about the above solutions? Then try this
Create one folder inside that storage device. Then you have buy/download and use portal version of folder lock software. Copy and Paste your important files into that folder after giving the password protection. Create another folder for public usage. So, what every thing you would like to share with other just copy and paste it into that public folder. What ever things you don't like to share with others and keep them very private then put it into the folder lock portable application folder. Now, it is safe.

But one thing, you have to do it for fresh/new secondary storage device, not for old. if you want to use the same method for your old device then you have to ensure that you didn't stored any very private files/videos into that device.

You can't use that folder lock applications for digital camera to store the photos taken by the camera automatically into that folder lock folders. So what you have to do is, you have to copy the photos from the digital camera and have to paste it into the pen drive's public folder. (burning it as CD/DVD is much better).

You can use alternate ways to share the files like burning them into a CD/DVD or via email, file hosting services...etc It is more secure than anything else. Because recovery software can't get the deleted files from those CD/DVD/ email.

So always use the online resources to share the files with 3rd party people.
