What is the best way to upload and share the files

There are several ways to share the files with others. But, according to my past experiences, there are some best ways to share the files with others. There are some important things you have to consider before upload and share files with us. They are,

a.Are you going to upload and share the files with:
1.Well known people (Friends/Relations/Family Members/Teachers...etc)
2.Public (With Everyone)
3.Only me(For backup purpose)

b.The content, you are going to upload and share:
1.Personal Works/ Assignments/ Photos/ Videos
2.Private Contents/ Credit card details
3. illegal things like pirated software/movies/cracks
4. Backup

c.The Capacity of the files, you are going to upload using your internet connection upload and download speed:

d. Concerns about sharing the files in online:
1. Will it harmful for me
2.Will i get bad name, when i share this video/files with others
3. How far secretly this file will be shared
4. What are the problems will occur when you face problem with the upload.

e. Cost of file upload:
1. File Hosting Charges

f. Time need to upload:

So, if you consider the above things before upload and share the files then you can reduce the problems it brings when it is uploaded and shared with others. If you have planned to upload your files in any file hosting sites then you have to obey they rules, laws and conditions. They will not always give free upload. Even though they give free space to upload our files, they will put many restrictions. Some time the people who want to get the files from you might need to fill some surveys, wait for 2 minutes, or have to provide the mobile no to download that freely uploaded files. But if the uploaded file size is less that 25MB, and you have only few no of people then you can go with yahoo mail. It is free, and there won't be problems like online surveys to download the email attachments.

Earlier days, there was a problem with yahoo mail, that was, we can't see the progress of our upload. But now, it is not like that, we can see the progress of that upload. But one thing, you have to make a zip file (compressed file) with password protection, if you are uploading and going to share an illegal content with some people, via yahoo mail. It is free of charge  and that file won't be deleted until we delete that yahoo mail account.

You may ask me "How to upload big files (Capacity more than 25MB) in yahoo mail)"
You can use some free open source software like 7-zip to split the file into small parts, then upload all the files. There is one more option, you can go with gmail service where you can upload more than 25MB files size. but keep it in mind you have to make compressed files with password protection to ensure that your file is not able to open by others, to be safe.

Do you have files with very huge size like 2GB, and have very low upload speed then you can't go with email option because it is time waste, and sometime it won't be possible to upload. So, you may ask me what is the solutions for that?

You can go with torrent files, it is also time consuming but you don't need to wait all the days, and once one of the person who want that file, has downloaded that file then that person also can give a support for other people. So, Google now, "how to create a torrent file", and how to start seeding your files and share with others. Another good thing about torrent is, you will have the full control, if you think that the file, you are sharing is not good for you then you can stop seeding that file.

Always Keep it in mind "We have to compress the important file ".zip", and have to set password to the compressed file to protect it from 3rd party people"
